Are you an experienced IT sales professional with proven experience of managing a team and driving revenue? You will be responsible for driving the annual sales budget and business analytics alongside leading and managing all sales operations, overseeing the activities of the sales team.
 
Play a strategic role in building creative sales strategies that are focused on consumer satisfaction and revenue generation for the business.
Conduct reviews of existing sales strategies in order to identify areas of improvement before working with the Head of eForce and IT to create robust and innovative new strategies that add value.
By understanding the market and competitive environment, conduct research and perform analysis on the performance of the sales team ensuring prompt delivery and accuracy of daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly reports to the Head of eForce & IT. 
Assess the amount of resources required by the team in order to achieve optimal performance, leading to financial benefit for the business. Track sales activities and create reports for use in strategic decision making.
Line manage the sales team, monitoring their performance and providing support, mentoring and guidance where required.
Process orders via Ungerboeck, field calls from customers and process payments.
