Blakewells is a residential and supported living service based in Hereford, providing support for people with Learning Disabilities, Autism and/or Mental Health needs. The residential home supports up to 7 adults
The home is fully staffed with a dedicated team including Experienced Support Workers, Senior Support Workers, and a Deputy Manager. In your role, you will receive ongoing support by a dedicated team consisting of HR, Recruitment, Referrals, Marketing, Maintenance, Finance, Clinical, Legal, Commercial, Learning and Development and IT departments, you'll all work together towards the ultimate goal. Achieving CQC excellence and maintaining it.
You will also receive support and guidance from eight other Residential Homes we have in the region alongside a proactive regional manager. Furthermore, a dedicated Divisional Manager will be at your disposal, enhancing the wealth of expertise and support available to you.

* Monitor the quality of care provided through regular audits, evaluations, and feedback mechanisms, implementing improvements and innovations to enhance service delivery.
* NVQ Level 5 or Diploma in Health and Social Care Management
* Sound knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, and best practices governing care, and CQC standards.
* IT proficiency, including experience with care management systems and Microsoft Office suite.
