Due to the significant growth and ongoing success in the Southwest (Plymouth), we are looking for NEC3 and NEC4 accredited or experienced Senior and Junior Project Managers to support the delivery of clients' projects. We are looking to speak to people who have had experience delivering in the defence or security environment, a highly regulated industry such as nuclear, rail, local authority or aviation.

We have long-term contracts across the infrastructure sector, with HS2, Network Rail, National Highways, Combined Authorities nationwide, energy, defence, airports, and utility companies among our clients. You'll support that continuous improvement and benefit from the expertise that comes with a global Project and Programme Management consultancy.

Work with us as a Project Manager and play a central role in making exciting and diverse projects a reality. Valued up to £20m+, your projects will range across the complex infrastructure sectors. You'll be trusted to lead your team, knowing we all want you to succeed, and we're ready to help you grow. Our portfolio of structured training will help you expand your career in line with your aspirations.

Provide high-quality project and programme management standards across the whole project lifecycle.
· Advise clients on the project cost, programme, risks and issues.
· Produce monthly reports including project programmes, risk registers etc.
· Develop delivery plans for projects, involve others and ensure objectives are met.
· Constantly pursue performance improvement.

Hold or be working towards a Project Management Qualification with APM, ICE, RICS or similar.
· Experience in infrastructure projects and/or programme management across the project lifecycle.
· Experience in the adoption and management of best practice Project Management techniques.
· Knowledge of pre and post-contract Project Management responsibilities and ability to deliver this service effectively to Clients. The ability to manage a project throughout its lifecycle.
· Have strong stakeholder management skills and be comfortable working with multiple types of stakeholders with a diverse range of personalities across our client base.
