Join Gallagher's UK Retail Claims division as an Integration Manager, contributing significantly to the future of our business. This important role will support the Retail Claims Teams during the integration of recent acquisitions, fostering strategic change that improves operational performance, regulatory alignment, and customer satisfaction. How You'll Make An Impact Lead Integration Activities: Collaborate with Delivery Leads and Claims Leaders to drive integration across claims operations. Translate Business Needs: Define and deliver requirements aligned with the future operating model and project plans. Compliance: Ensure all transformation activities meet regulatory standards and guidelines. Collaborator Engagement: Engage with key collaborators across the key business units/areas to establish core requirements. Represent Retail Claims on working groups and ensure alignment with programme objectives. Communication Strategy: Create and implement communication plans that align with central themes. Change Management: Assess impacts, develop adoption strategies, and minimise disruption. About You Experience in transformation, operational, or change management. Strong collaborator engagement and communication skills. Experience in insurance, financial services, or regulated industries (claims experience preferred). Analytical approach with attention to detail and comfort handling data and financials. Experience in matrix-managed, multi-location teams and third-party supplier collaboration. Exposure to claims systems (e.g., Guidewire, Duck Creek) or broking platforms (e.g., Acturis, CDL Strata) is advantageous. A degree or equivalent experience in Business, Insurance, IT, or a related field is optional but advantageous. ACII qualification or progression towards it is desirable.
