6. Fault elimination: on-site fault handling and summary, and feedback to the quality department to complete the closed-loop of the problem.

7. After sales operation and maintenance: equipment inspection and maintenance, guiding customers to eliminate defects or handle on-site according to the degree of failure, ensuring the online operation time of the equipment.

8. Customer Relationship Management: Provide product usage and operation instructions training to customers and staff to improve customer satisfaction and increase customer stickiness.
