Role Description

In this role you will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets for the company. Working closely with the Managing Director, this will involve managing and developing a high-performing external ecommerce & branch sales team. Building strong relationships with key clients and implementing strategic sales plans to expand market share and enhance customer satisfaction. With a proven background in sales, you will bring leads and ideas to assist with volume and profit from the outset.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

 

· Overseeing sales strategy and execution

· Client relationship management

· Operational management

· Financial management

· Team leadership and development

· Marketing and business development

· Proven experience senior sales management within the construction or building materials industry.

· B2B and D2C ecommerce sales experience.

· Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and managing successful sales teams.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

· In-depth knowledge of the regional market and industry trends.

· Knowledge of ecommerce technology landscape.

· Ability to travel within the region as required.
