Are you an experienced or aspiring Teaching Assistant who would like to work in an outstanding SEN school in Wimbledon?


We are working with an SEN school who are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join their team as SEN Learning Support Assistants. This school provides a nurturing environment for children aged 4 to 19 with a variety of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities, including Profound and Complex Needs. They are currently offering both full-time and part-time positions.
For this SEN Teaching Support Assistant role, you will:
Provide one-to-one or small group support to students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities.
Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and behaviour management strategies.
Support classroom teachers in creating an inclusive and engaging learning environment.
Requirements for this SEN Learning Support Assistant role include: -
Previous experience in working, caring, or volunteering with individuals who have Special Educational Needs and Disabilities and/or Complex Needs is essential.
A caring and empathetic nature, with a genuine passion for supporting the educational and personal development of children with diverse needs.
A willingness to undergo any necessary training in personal care tasks.
