Cleaner in Charge (Part Time, Permanent)
16.25 hours per week term time only plus 2 additional weeks in summer break

St James’ C of E Infant and Nursery School is a successful school with a friendly, vibrant school community. We are seeking to employ a school cleaner-in-charge to work part time in school starting as soon as possible. The successful candidate will be responsible for opening and closing the school and will oversee the cleaning team to ensure we maintain high levels of cleanliness within the school building and grounds. Hours of work will be 7.30am - 8.00am (or earlier by arrangement) and 3.15pm – 6.00pm term time only plus two weeks during the school holidays to be arranged at mutual convenience.

Applicants will need to demonstrate experience of undertaking general cleaning duties, an awareness of health and safety, be hard working and willing to play an important part in our successful school team.
