As a Sales Trainer at Vertu Motors, you'll be the driving force behind the development of our sales teams. Supporting our industry leading processes, your role will be to harness your existing skills and knowledge to turbocharge the performance of our sales professionals, ensuring they stay ahead in the fast-paced automotive world. Your passion for coaching and development will be the driving force behind creating a high-performance sales culture within Vertu Motors.
Deliver innovative sales training programs tailored to the specific needs of our sales teams.
Collaborate with Sales Management across the business to assess training needs and implement strategies for ongoing development.
Stay abreast of industry trends and sales techniques to ensure our teams are equipped with the latest knowledge and skills.
Proven success in car sales
Strong knowledge of car sales techniques and processes.
Logistics:  Our Training Centres are based in Darlington, Chesterfield, Lichfield & Gloucester. One of these would be our main training venue requiring a daily commute – ideally no more than 45 minutes each way. Occasional travel to other Training Centres will be fully expensed.
