Job Description

Planet Pharma are currently partnered with a global pharmaceutical manufacturing company who are actively seeking a Automation Engineer for a permanent position in their UK team.

The Candidate :

  • experience working within manufacturing and packaging.
  • knowledge of the automation project lifecycle

The Desirable Candidate would also have :

  • Experience with manufacturing execution systems
  • Siemens PLC, HMI, SCADA software/systems as well as automated material handling
  • OT cybersecurity knowledge
  • Pharmaceutical industry exposure
  • Experience with SQL
  • Degree in engineering / computer science / automation

This is an opportunity to work for a company who is patient focused and research oriented. In this role you'll perform automation engineering responsibilities for some upcoming, wider scope, automation projects on a team of likeminded individuals.
