· Assistant to a senior adviser with a full client bank of approximately 100+ clients.

· Developing a business relationship with existing clients as their initial point of contact, dealing with any telephone, postal or email communications.

· Liaison with the adviser’s paraplanner and assisting with the preparation and distribution of annual review reports.

· Monitoring the existence of and requesting, as appropriate, documentation from clients to ensure initial and ongoing compliance requirements are met.

· Paper and electronic filing of records/documents using Intelligent Office filing system.

The person we are looking for:

· Experienced administrator/PA (IFA industry an advantage)

· Professional, personable and highly motivated and have the ability to work under pressure.

· Strong organisational skills and an eye for detail.

· Able to work on own initiative with the ability to prioritise.

· Excellent verbal communication skills.

· Excellent literacy and numeracy skills.

· High standard of IT skills, including competency with Excel and Microsoft Office.

· Experience of working with financial platforms and Intelligent Office (IO) an advantage.

· Ability to act with tact and discretion, maintaining confidentiality at all times.

It is anticipated that interviews will be commence from week commencing 16 th December with an anticipated start date in February 2025.

Job Type: Part-Time

Pay: £15 per hour

Benefits:

· 25 days holiday pro-rata

Schedule:

· 20 hours per week – 4 hours per day. 

· Monday to Friday.

Hours worked can be in between school drop off and pick up if necessary.
