Hours: Full-time, 7.5 hours per day, Monday to Friday

We are recruting for an expereinced electrician to work in the building and maintenance team operating within a busy train station environment. Our mission is to ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of all facilities, providing a safe and comfortable environment for commuters and staff alike.
The successful candidate will hold a City & Guilds 18th Edition qualification and a Personal Track Safety (PTS) qualification, allowing them to work safely within the rail environment. In addition to their electrical expertise, the candidate must be capable of carrying out multi-skilled activities across all building trades to a basic standard.
Conduct electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance within the train station premises.
Perform routine inspections and testing of electrical systems and equipment to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Respond promptly to electrical faults and emergencies, resolving issues efficiently to minimise disruption to station operations.
Undertake multi-skilled tasks including plumbing, carpentry, and general building maintenance as required.
Collaborate with other members of the building and maintenance team to deliver high-quality service standards.
Personal Track Safety (PTS) qualification.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, regulations, and safety procedures.
Ability to diagnose and repair electrical faults effectively.
Competency in multi-skilled activities across various building trades.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to maintenance.
