Senior Site Reliability Engineer | £100,000 Package | Fully Remote (UK)
Are you ready to be part of the forefront of financial technology innovation? Burns Sheehan have partnered up with a trailblazer within the FinTech/RegTech space and are on the lookout for a dynamic Senior Site Reliability Engineer to join their innovative ranks.
About Them:
They are a well-established player in the FinTech/RegTech sector, renowned for their organic growth through Private Equity investments and strategic Mergers and Acquisitions. As a key contributor to major financial institutions globally, including London, New York, and South America, they specialize in providing top-tier regulatory compliance solutions through AI and ML Ops.
What They're Looking For:
A seasoned professional with a hybrid SRE and Platform Engineer background. Extensive experience with AWS, Terraform, Operational Support. Strong Software Engineering background (.NET is preferable but not essential). Kubernetes experience (Preferable - moving into containers soon). Security experience. Familiarity with Jenkins, GitLab, or GitHub actions is advantageous. Proven experience in Linux environments. A robust security mindset to guide and implement security measures in AWS.
What You'll Experience:
Engaging in a collaborative work environment with skilled engineers. Contributing to an agile team with a strong product mindset. Lead the CI/CD processes, structural reorganization, and embracing cross-functional teams. Transitioning everything to AWS for enhanced efficiency. A more developer-friendly atmosphere with reduced story completion times.
