Apprentice Kitchen Porter

Sketchley Grange Hotel & Spa in Hinckley, Leicestershire managed by the Focus Hotels Management Group. We are seeking to recruit a Kichen Porter to join our Kitchen team.

We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service and creating memorble experiences for our guests.
As Kitchen Porter, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Washing up, cleaning and clearing of the kitchen areas
Ensuring that all kitchen equipment is clean and correctly stored away
Deeper cleaning of fridges, freezers, store rooms and other areas to maintian high levels of cleanliness and hygiene
Basic food preparation if required
Knowledge of Food Hygeine practices
Salary: Hourly Paid- National Living Wage
Job Type: Permanent
Working Hours: Part Time Zero Hour
Meals provided whilst on duty.
