This role will play a critical part in achieving long-term sales objectives on both a national and international scale. This opportunity allows the successful individual to have a direct impact on the growth of a market-leading brand and you will be given all the support and autonomy to be successful.

You will be responsible for the technical/ commercial aspects of the sales process selling into the Health Care, Medical, Pharma and Consumer Goods markets. Collaborating closely with the Applications Engineering team you will ensure all the Opportunity, Customer and Contact data is updated in CRM, negotiate and close deals, as well as the ongoing management of customer relationships.

Ideally you will possess the following professional and competency-based qualities:

Highly developed business networking skills with evidence in support
Instantly credible with the presence to develop accounts
Evidence of strategic commercial acumen and drive
Minimum of 5 years high value capital equipment sales experience
Understanding/ training in Miller Heiman sales methodology
Managing the sales process and develop winning value propositions so that our tender has the highest possible chance of success.
Managing and & developing customer relationships at all levels and drive strategic partnerships to become a trusted partner.
Proactively communicating & networking with customer personal to ensure we engage, build trust and become an approved supplier for automation.
Creating and maintaining strategic Key Account plans.
Supporting the project teams during implementation phases with commercial leadership.
Producing quotations for each individual tender so that we can effectively communicate our full scope of supply, project lifecycle and commercial position.
Networking with strategic supplier partners.
Functioning as part of a cohesive & agile team demonstrating respect, integrity, trust and excellence in interactions with all colleagues, customers and suppliers.
Continuously monitoring of our competitive position.
