AI Engineer - Agentic AI (Contract)

We are seeking an AI Engineer to develop agentic AI systems. This position is perfect for someone passionate about generative models, collaborative AI systems, and innovative methods such as retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Creating sophisticated multi-agent systems to enable intelligent task planning, dynamic resource allocation, and effective collaboration between AI agents and human team members. The focus will be on seamless decision-making and efficient task execution.
  • Applying advanced RAG methodologies, including graph-based approaches, to enhance agent reasoning and ensure highly context aware, precise responses.
  • Establishing robust monitoring frameworks to evaluate AI performance, measure operational efficiency, and ensure consistent system reliability.

What You Bring to the Role:

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment. You’ll work directly with the founders to design and deliver impactful solutions that redefine the way autonomous systems work together.

Location and Duration:

This position is based in London, where close teamwork and in-person collaboration drive creativity and innovation. The initial contract is for 6 months with possibility of extension or transitioning into a full-time role with equity for the right individual.
