We are seeking a Community Strategy, Associate Director within the Invention team at Mindshare WW. This role will play a key role in the delivery and continued development of the community, social and creator work from the Mindshare Invention team .
It will also cover ongoing support for media, market, brand, and procurement functions.
Under the guidance of the Community Strategy Lead this role will focus on delivering first-class and innovative client solutions. You will work as an community specialist to consult and manage leading strategic work, inform best-practice and provide activation support. You will be responsible for delivering effective strategies that deliver against objectives and excel expectations.

You are ready to create big, creative ideas that reach deep into the hearts of communities and bring global brands to life across social. With a proven history in leading, developing and executing strategy with KOLs, communities and audiences on social, yo u’re ready to take a leading role within the strategy team. Your understanding will cover Organic, Paid and Earned activations from awareness through to performance -based campaigns , including commerce and livestream integrations .

Understanding and experience executing influencer assets via paid social platforms, including but not limited to Met a , TikTok, YouTube, Google, Twitter, Snapchat.
Experience building influencer insights and best practice content

Work with Influencer Practice Lead and other key partners to deliver on projects to evolve the processes, systems, and tools in place to support influencer practice
Drive global communications strategy planning working with global strategy directors
