Key Responsibilities:

Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver innovative products that meet customer needs and market demands. This will include

· Job Costing: Conduct thorough cost analysis for product development projects, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with budgetary constraints.

· SolidWorks Design: Utilize SolidWorks or similar CAD software to create detailed designs, models, and prototypes for new products and product enhancements.

· Production Scheduling: Develop and maintain production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products, optimize resource utilization, and minimize downtime.

· Product Quality: Implement quality control processes to ensure products meet or exceed quality standards, conducting testing and inspections as necessary.

· Process Improvements: Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency enhancements throughout the product development lifecycle, implementing innovative solutions to drive continuous improvement.

Any Other Reasonable Duties as Required by Management: Flexibility to undertake additional responsibilities or tasks as assigned by management to support the overall objectives of the organization.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

· Proficiency in SolidWorks or similar CAD software for 3D modeling and design.

· Demonstrated experience in job costing, production scheduling, and process improvement initiatives.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

· Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with the capacity to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

· Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality products.

Ability to adapt to changing requirements and technologies in a dynamic work environment.
