Position Overview We are looking for a highly experienced Technical Director to join our team.   • Planning and Delivery: Secure planning permissions for approximately 200 new homes annually and ensure timely commencement of these projects in line with the business plan.
  • Financial Oversight: Prepare and monitor technical expenses and bond lists to maintain budgetary control.
  • Inter-departmental Coordination: Collaborate with Land, Sales, Commercial, and Construction to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Land Appraisal: Oversee the appraisal of new land opportunities, considering constraints, technical requirements, design, and planning aspects.
  • Health and Safety: Maintain a strong focus on Health and Safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Sales and Marketing Alignment: Ensure optimum selling mix and coverage, maintaining brand identity and considering sales areas early in the layout design.
  • Consultant Management: Brief and monitor the performance of external consultants to ensure project specifications are met.
