Job Description

Elevation Recruitment Group have the pleasure of working with a bespoke manufacturing business based in the Worksop area. My client is looking to recruit an experienced Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer, to join their well established team with immediate effect.

Salary: £44,700 + quarterly bonus

Location: Worksop

Hours: Days and nights shift pattern- no weekends

Duties of a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer:

  1. Liaising with the production team
  2. Working within a manufacturing company, you must be adaptable to this environment
  3. Working to a continuous improvement plan to make the business and machinery the best it can be
  4. Completing reactive maintenance and PPM’s daily
  5. Completing relevant paperwork in line with ISO’s
  6. Ensure machinery downtime is kept to a minimum
  7. Install, maintain, test and examine site machinery
  8. Understand and work to safe practises
  9. Other duties as and when required

Desired experience:

  1. You must have a HNC or BTEC Electrical Qualification as a minimum to be considered for this role
  2. Must have experience within a Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer role previously
  3. Ideally, have at least 3 years of experience within a manufacturing environment previously
  4. Must be able to work within a team and on own initiative
  5. Must have experience of working with breakdowns and PPM’s
  6. Have good computer skills
  7. Must be able to fault find
  8. Ideally have PLC knowledge as the new system will be implemented
  9. Great communication skills (reading and spoken English are Essential)
