SAP WM Support Consultant - Contract

Location: Fully remote - UK based

Synchro are working closely with a large and well known organisation who are hiring a skilled SAP WM Support Consultant to join their team. As an SAP WM Support Consultant, you will be responsible for providing broad technical support, including troubleshooting and resolution across all levels across the module. You will have a deep understanding of SAP WM processes and configuration, along with excellent problem-solving skills to address any issues that may arise.

This is a fully remote position, which must be UK based.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide frontline support to end-users on SAP WM functionalities, addressing queries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Perform system configuration, testing, and documentation to support ongoing maintenance and enhancement of SAP WM modules.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to gather requirements and implement solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Conduct user training sessions and create user manuals to promote effective utilization of SAP WM systems.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in SAP WM technology to provide proactive recommendations for system improvements.
  • Participate in project planning and execution, including system upgrades, migrations, and integrations.

Contact Duration: 6 months initially - likely to extend

Location: Fully remote - UK based

Day Rate: £300 - £400 per day
