Description

The key duties of the role are as followed:

Overseeing financial planning and analysis within the department.
Supporting the accounting and finance team with budget preparation and management.
Delivering comprehensive financial reports to stakeholders.
Identifying potential financial risks and proposing mitigation strategies.
Collaborating closely with department heads to ensure financial targets are met.
Assisting in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.
Ensuring compliance with all relevant financial regulations.
Participating in strategic planning and decision-making at the management level.

Profile

A successful Finance Business Partner should have:

A degree in finance, accounting or a related field.
Proven experience in a finance leadership role within the healthcare industry.
Excellent financial and analytical skills.
Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards.
Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.

Job Offer
