Qulaity Assurance SDET - PEGA + Manual role:
Responsibilities:
Execute comprehensive test cases, and scripts to ensure the quality of PEGA-based applications.
Perform manual testing activities, including functional, regression, integration, and system testing.
Design and implement automated test frameworks and scripts using PEGA's built-in testing tools or industry-standard frameworks.
Collaborate with development teams to identify and troubleshoot defects, ensuring timely resolution.
Maintain and update test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and defect reports.
Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.
Stay updated with the latest testing tools, technologies, and industry best practices.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in software quality assurance, focusing on PEGA applications.
Strong understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
Proficiency in manual testing techniques and tools.
Experience designing and implementing automated test frameworks using PEGA's built-in tools or industry-standard frameworks.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript).
Certification in PEGA or other relevant testing certifications.
