Wedo is a partner to a Global Financial Services organisation that advises three-quarters of the world’s leading insurers and are one of the world's largest providers of actuarial and insurance solutions. Their software and enterprise products leverage SaaS, Cloud, Data Management, Analytics as well as Machine Learning and AI.
This is a Director level role in the business and part of a MVP team of 30 and providing strategic architecture leadership for the product family.
Whilst this is a greenfield project, the work has started and you’ll contribute to what’s already in place. The objective is to have a hybrid launch by the end of 2025 to then go fully SaaS thereafter.
your career as a software engineer
A background in building and architecting backend, front end SaaS-based solutions with at least one successful case story of launching something into production.
guiding and mentoring multi-disciplinary teams of software professionals in terms of systems design and architectural best practices.
3rd stage – competency interview with Senior Director of Delivery
