Job Description

GP and Consultant Engagement Officer:

Salary: £35-40k Per Annum

Hybrid/Remote

About Us:

London International Patient Services (LIPS) redefine private healthcare with a visionary approach, blending retail excellence and comprehensive world class patient services.

We recently launched our new pharmacy and our clinic is to come in the iconic Battersea Power Station (London), capabilities are growing behind the scenes in our corporate and enabling functions.

This consultant led healthcare start-up is going to experience significant growth in revenues, headcount, services and facilities over the next few years, with aspirational targets projected to 2031.

Key areas of responsibility:

To support outreach engagement with UK consultants and GPs

Assist with targeting key speciality areas for recruitment

Be responsible for growth targets for GP referral

Facilitate internal meetings on reviewing performance of new recruits, and existing consultants

Produce and present referral growth information from GP primary care activities

Be responsible for communications and presentation materials for GP and Consultants in line with company objectives and Leadership team directive

Facilitate group meetings per speciality area as directed

Support on any strategic projects where appropriate

Skills:

Communications background an advantage

Proven track record of relationship management in private healthcare sector

Previous experience in PMI or private hospital commercial role

Excellent communication skills

Excellent relationship skills

Financial modelling

Good attention to detail

Good understanding of billing and coding principles
