Worcester Head Office - Hybrid role 3 days per week in the office once fully trained

About the role:

Joining as a Supply & Allocation Executive, your role will be to maximise sales for publishers through effective sales development activity and deliver agreed service levels for named publishers. You will be ensuring full compliance and delivery for all publisher’s supply management briefs, providing the interface for named publisher or supply management activity.

Main Duties:
● Link in with the Publisher account teams to provide analysis of data and focused account development.
● Benchmarking No.1 for supply management performance
● Ensure integrity of all bandingsegmentation of information
● Achieve and review performance to publisherretail targets.
● Deliver compliance to the agreed contractual KPI (key performance indicator targets)

About you:

We are looking for someone that has a willingness to learn and would welcome candidates from a work experienceapprenticeship level and above.
● Knowledgeexperience within customer service administration coordination data management.
● Experienceworking knowledge of MS office.
● Ability to use own initiative and show sound judgement.
● Motivation to learn and develop
● Effective verbal and written communication skills
● Ability to build relationships within the immediate and wider teams.
● Ability to work as a team to ensure deadlines are achieved.
● Ability to plan and prioritise own work.
● Good attention to detail to ensure accurate reporting and processing of information.
● Positive and flexible attitude to change.
