SFE and STEP membership is an advantage but not an essential requirement.   • Drafting, preparing and attesting of Wills
  • Applying for Statutory Wills

  • Powers of Attorney/Lasting Powers of Attorney matters
  • Advising and looking after interests of elderly clients
  • Court of Protection matters
  • Business development
