Responsibilities for this Lettings Negotiator role will include: Registering and assisting tenants and purchasers with viewings Maintaining close relationships and providing feedback Assisting the tenancy process Engaging and referring customers to other agency departments Skills & Experience for this Lettings Negotiator role: Previous lettings experience Comfortable working with targets Enjoy working with autonomy as well being part of a larger team Drive and ambition to 'add value' Benefits for this Lettings Negotiator role include: 21k Salary Car allowance £3,600 p.a.
