Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic, visionary, and driven individual to join Diomandz as a Co-Founder and CEO. This is an equity-based position, with a 20% stake in the company. The role requires a strong leader with a passion for the diamond and jewelry industry, startup experience, and the ability to take the company from concept to profitability.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the overall business strategy, including product development, marketing, and sales.
- Lead fundraising efforts and manage relationships with investors.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient and effective management across all departments.
