We are seeking an entrepreneurial and determined Sales Director to drive our market share across new sectors, someone with an entrepreneurial vision, capable of developing and delivering a sales strategy that will create a legacy for the business and the individual. An ability to think strategically, create the opportunity and execute the sale will be viewed positively in the process.
Working closely with our General Manager the role will report directly to Shareholders and be responsible for driving sales growth in line with our business planning. This will be very much an active selling position with only one direct report BDM who will be tasked to focus on building the current construction security business. You should also have a track record of success in a sales environment, as well as an ability to grasp a good understanding of new marketplaces.
A huge amount will be asked of you, but we recognise that this requires and appropriate reward, so we are complementing the base package with a contractual uncapped long-term incentive plan worth in excess £100,000 for achieving our ambitious, but achievable, 4 yr growth ambitions. As well as earning potential there will be career progression should targets be exceeded.
As Sales Director your responsibilities will include:

Reviewing current plans and developing a coherent sales strategy for the business
Implementing practical sales plans to support the strategy
Seeking out major opportunities and building relationships which support growth
Manage our SEO and PPC campaigns.
Representing the business at industry/networking events
