Proposal Engineer - Hybrid
Electrical Design/Sales/Proposals
To £60k + £6k Car Allowance
Prepare the sizing and technical configuration of the BESS, PV, Micro-grid as best fit to RFQ or the bid, including preparation of SLD's and plant configuration.
⦁ Support the BESS team in project execution.
⦁ Work alongside corporate engineering and R&D to select partners and suppliers
⦁ Prepare technical documentation (datasheet, technical specification, products and EPC warranties) and the cost estimation for any project in the region.
⦁ Support Contract Manager to define the scope of supply and contractual conditions (product warranty, system warranty, EPC performance warranty, project schedule warranty) to be included in the contract.
A degree in electrical/electronic engineering.
⦁ A minimum of 5 years of experience in proposal engineering or sales engineering in utility scale renewable energies EPC projects.
⦁ Strong analytical experience and proficiency using Microsoft products
⦁ If you have experience or interest in roles such as Renewable Energy Engineer, Energy Storage Engineer, Power Quality Engineer, Electrical Proposal Engineer, or Sales Engineer in the renewable energy sector, this Technical proposals position could be the perfect fit for you.
