You will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of technologies, clients and projects.. Your responsibilities will include deploying new technology, optimizing infrastructure, and ensuring the security and compliance of systems and data. By leveraging your expertise in infrastructure, migrations, networking, and digital workplace technologies, you will have a direct impact on our clients' success. You will diagnose problems and troubleshoot issues across wired and wireless product lines, along with some more traditional/legacy network support. Provide engineering support for issues connected with the network infrastructure and Cloud
Implement and manage infrastructure systems, including servers, networks, and storage

Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and performance
Design and implement security measures to protect systems and data from potential threats
You will be a problem-solver, passionate about networking, Cloud technologies and Cyber Security
Diagnose and troubleshoot wireless, security, switching, and other various network-related issues.
Effectively communicate with customers regarding technical issues and customer service inquiries, both orally and in writing

Manage IT operations and network equipment like routers, switches, firewalls, and access points
Experience in infrastructure operations/engineering within a dynamic fast paced environment
Diagnose and troubleshoot wireless, security, switching, and other various network-related issues
Strong knowledge of networking principles and technologies, including LAN, WAN, and VPN
Knowledge of network technologies, ideally with hands on exposure with both Wired and Wireless technologies
Knowledge of networking protocols including TCP, STP, ARP, Ethernet, OSPF, etc.
Experience of using Cloud monitoring tools
Effectively communicate with customers regarding technical issues and customer service inquiries, both orally and in writing
Flexible & a willingness to embrace change
Proficiency in designing and managing server infrastructure (Windows/Linux)
Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
Outstanding English language written and verbal communication skills and comprehension.
Networking certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Networks or equivalent
Willing to work unsociable hours to support on-going projects, migrations and implementations.
