We are looking for people who are passionate about Early Years and who have significant knowledge and experience to manage and lead a group of tutors supporting student teachers to achieve their EYTS, within the Midlands region.
Manage a team of EYITT Personal Tutors, to ensure we meet our programme targets and a high level of quality practice
Support with recruitment, development and training of EYITT Tutors, working closely with the Head of EYITT
Complete 'Keeping in touch' meetings with Personal Tutors each month and share information with the Quality and Assurance Team, to ensure continuous improvement
Complete shadow visits for tutors as required, completing teaching observations and giving high-quality feedback
Assist with preparation for Ofsted, external moderation and exam board as appropriate
Have up to date Early Years industry knowledge and be passionate about CPD
Can motivate the team to ensure they complete deadlines on time and maintain high quality throughout the programme
Have strong IT skills and be willing to work with online systems
Hold a full driving licence, have own vehicle and be willing to travel to different settings.
