2Screen . Our recruiting team will have a read through your application, and get in touch to ask a few questions, and potentially invite you to an interview.
3Interview . Depending on the role, your interview will be conducted remotely, at our offices, or at one of our Depots across the country. It will be a friendly chat to explain the role further and get to know you better.
4Offer . If the hiring manager thinks you fit the bill- then congratulations Our recruitment team will make an offer of employment and will arrange start dates and answer any final questions.
