Quality Project Implementation Lead

We are looking for an experienced Architect / Project Manager for a 3-month contract basis to joinan innovative, high regarded design practice well-known for its exciting public domain projects.
The role involves reviewing and enhancing the establishment of fee proposals, contracts, scopes, and deliverables for new projects.
Candidates with a minimum of 10 years of industry experience, particularly in technology and process modernisation, are preferred.
The successful applicant will lead the development of standardised scopes and deliverables for various architectural project typologies across different regions. This role offers the opportunity to shape and streamline project management processes while ensuring consistency and quality in project delivery.
Responsibilities:
Review and Enhance Fee Proposals, Contracts, Scopes, and Deliverables: Evaluate and improve processes for establishing fee proposals, contracts, scopes, and deliverables. Enhance clarity and accuracy in project documentation.
Develop Standardised Scopes and Deliverables: Lead the development of standardised scopes and deliverables tailored to different architectural project typologies. Collaborate with stakeholders to align with project objectives and client requirements.
Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work with bid teams, finance, legal, and design management to integrate standardised scopes and deliverables into project proposals and contracts.
Ensure Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure standardised scopes and deliverables meet industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies. Implement quality assurance processes.
Provide Training and Support: Conduct training sessions on standardised scopes and deliverables. Offer ongoing support for successful implementation.
Monitor Performance and Continuous Improvement: Establish performance metrics, monitor performance, and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Project Management, or related field.
Minimum of 10 years' industry experience with expertise in technology and process modernisation.
Proven track record in reviewing and enhancing fee proposals, contracts, scopes, and deliverables.
Expertise in developing standardised scopes and deliverables for various project typologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in project management software.
PMP or other relevant certifications are advantageous.
Duration: 3-month contract, with potential for extension based on performance and project requirements.
