This role is essential in supporting manufacturing operations by producing high-quality fence panels for customers. This position starts as a 12-week temporary role, with the potential to become permanent based on performance and business needs. Loading machine with wood
Construct fence panels according to company specifications and quality standards
Inspect finished panels for defects and ensure quality consistency
Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM 5:00 PM
Breaks: 3 breaks throughout the day (15 minutes in the morning, 30 minutes lunch, 15 minutes in the afternoon, paid)
Overtime: Optional on Saturdays, paid at 1.Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or woodworking preferred but not essential
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Physical fitness to handle manual tasks and stand for extended periods
Potential for a permanent role after 12 weeks
Opportunity to earn overtime on Saturdays
