In a post Covid world, self-service, contactless digital solutions are more critically important, and airlines need to leapfrog legacy systems and put customer satisfaction and digital efficiency at the core of their operations.
Swiipr is here to help deliver that.
Part of the Sales & Client Services team you will have the customer as the centre of all you do. You will be responsible for supporting the sales effort, onboarding new clients, servicing existing accounts, and supporting the team in delivering the overall goals and objectives to ensure we deliver best in class client management, resulting in excellent client satisfaction. Work closely with the sales team supporting new prospective client calls and fully briefing the key account managers.
Support the sales function by joining the governance meetings for managed accounts taking all minutes and actions, circulate and followup, and hold the governance calls for the non managed accounts. Hold and support the client relationship to ensure customer satisfaction and use all opportunity to grow the existing business, through introduction of new products or expansion of their network.
Ensure all projects/work committed to is communicated internally and obtain the necessary approvals and governance complete prior to project commencement.
Develop an in-depth knowledge of the Swiipr IT platform to assist and support Operations with client set up and offer full support, help and guidance to clients.
Support sales in managing client satisfaction surveys, regularly and after any new project.
Develop a trusting relationship across several stakeholder departments at Swiipr to ensure they are aware of the status of all clients projects and their specific requirements so that ongoing projects are managed effectively to agreed timelines.
Preferably a working knowledge of Payments or B2B tech software an advantage.
Strong knowledge of the sales and client management environment.
Ability to work in a highly pressurised office environment and be an active team player.
An ability to travel and work with team members when required including no restrictions on travelling abroad (ie. valid passport etc).
Previous use and understanding of client management using a CRM.
Good working knowledge of all Microsoft Office products.
Ability to learn new software systems to include Swiipr’s own platforms.
