We are looking for an experienced Legal Cashier to join our accounts department on our firm’s exciting journey of growth This is an opportunity to join the business on a full-time basis, providing efficient and effective account support to the firm. Proactively working to protect our clients’ funds and posting transactions within the SRA guidelines.

Responsibilities include:
• Processing transactions on behalf of the firm and its clients.
• Using and supporting the operation of the firm’s accounting systems.
• Completing daily bank reconciliations.
• Checking completion statements to process CHAPS payments.
• Taking card payments over the phone.
• Credit control.
• Supporting the processing of purchase and sales ledgers.
• Other general accounts and cashiering duties.

What we’re looking for:
• Previous experience in a similar Legal Cashier role.
• Strong communication skills.
• A positive, warm, professional, and credible approach.
• A flexible approach to work.
• We are really hoping to find someone who takes real pride in their work and who is proud to work for our business.
• Good computer skills.
• Someone who is good at multi-tasking and can keep in busy moments.
