Serve as a role model, promoting company policies and recruitment excellence.
Utilize commercial insights to make data-driven decisions for growth and ROI.
Motivate, coach, and mentor staff, addressing performance and development needs.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide creative solutions for success.
Manage and report on division progress, including forecasting and business planning.
Ensure team compliance with all legal, financial, and operational requirements.
Astute business acumen and strategic commercial decision making
Ability to problem-solve, resolve conflict and people management issues, maintain positivity, be solutions focused and identify continuous creative innovations
Excellent time management, organisation and prioritisation skills
Proven healthcare recruitment experience supplying locum doctors to the NHS and Private Health Care Sector
Leading and managing high performing recruitment consultants
Experience of mentoring, training and motivating other healthcare recruitment consultants
Expert market knowledge in designated recruitment area
Competent user of IT, including Microsoft outlook, word and excel
