Job Description:

Proclinical is seeking a Medical Education Associate/Consultant to deliver and facilitate education with a primary focus on obesity. This role involves translating insights into meaningful strategies and education solutions, delivering presentations, and structured education programs. You will collaborate with various internal teams and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective educational strategies and best practices.

- Anticipate and plan for changes in the internal environment and emerging science.

- Work collaboratively to drive the education strategy within your region.

- Design and deploy local Medical Education initiatives.

- Lead and facilitate high-impact medical education programs.

- Communicate complex medical information clearly and accurately.

- Develop and maintain relationships with multiple stakeholders.

- Ensure quality submissions of educational programs for accreditation.

- Attend and participate in regional, national, and international congresses.

- Collaborate with Medical, Marketing, Payer, and Sales Teams.

- Manage third-party agencies to ensure quality outcomes on time and on budget.

Key Skills and Requirements:

- Registered dietitian, nurse, or pharmacist with relevant clinical experience in obesity or weight management.

- Deep clinical knowledge of obesity pathophysiology and treatment landscape.

- Experience in delivering quality obesity or cardiometabolic education.

- Proficient in using data to make strategic decisions.

- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to make independent decisions within established guidelines.

- Proficient in English.

- ABPI code examination (support provided if not already achieved).

- Full clean driving license.
