Technical Business Analyst Location: Sheffield, UK (Hybrid working model)

Our client, renowned for its strong global presence and exceptional working environment, is building a brand-new technology team to bolster its business operations. Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Technical Business Analyst to join our client’s expanding technology team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring that business requirements are accurately translated into technical specifications. This role is perfect for a professional with strong experience in Agile environments and a passion for delivering high-quality software solutions.
Engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to gather, define, and document business requirements. Ensure clear and concise communication to align project goals.
Develop detailed user stories and acceptance criteria that capture the specific needs of the business and guide the development process.
Agile Methodology: Apply your experience with Agile methodologies to manage and deliver software projects efficiently. Contribute to Agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
JIRA and Atlassian Suite: Utilise JIRA and other Atlassian tools to manage tasks, track progress, and ensure transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst, preferably within a technology-focused organisation.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience in delivering software projects in an Agile environment.
Proficient in writing user stories and working with development teams to translate business requirements into technical deliverables.
This role is based near Sheffield, with the opportunity to work on a hybrid basis.
