- ** Account Manager** (m/w/d), die unser Account Management Team verstärken und unser weiteres Wachstum in Großbritannien unterstützen. Wenn Du eine ehrgeizige, kundenorientierte Persönlichkeit bist, die sich für den Aufbau von Beziehungen und die Schaffung von Kundennutzen einsetzt, dann ist dies eine einmalige Gelegenheit für Dich, das marktführende Vertragsmanagementsystem CEMAR zu vertreten und die CDE- und BIM-Welt aufzurütteln, indem Du die führenden thinkproject-Plattformen CONCLUDE und DESITE nach Großbritannien bringst.
- In dieser Rolle wirst Du für die Implementierung, die langfristige Akzeptanz und den Gesamterfolg unserer Kunden verantwortlich sein. Du wirst thinkproject-Experten und -Champions während der gesamten Kundenreise schaffen, den langfristigen Wert steigern und dich darauf konzentrieren, sicherzustellen, dass die Kunden gut unterstützt, geschult und vollständig in unsere Systeme aufgenommen werden.**Wie wird dein Tag aussehen**: - Verwaltung und Unterstützung von Portfolios von Kundenkonten mit ansprechenden Erfolgsplänen und regelmäßiger Kundenbetreuung, um die langfristige Kundenbindung sicherzustellen
- Durchführung der Implementierung und des Onboardings neuer Kunden und Pflege und Erweiterung bestehender Kundenbeziehungen
- Entwicklung von Prospektionsplänen für Cross-Selling-Möglichkeiten von CEMAR und anderen Produkten
- Verwaltung und Pflege genauer Kunden
- und Kontoinformationen im CRM
- Zusammenarbeit in der gesamten Organisation, zur Entwicklung der Best-Practice und zur Sicherstellung des Erfolgs
- Verwaltung von Kundenerwartungen und Änderungen in ihren Werten und gewünschten Resultaten
- Aufbau von Beziehungen und Netzwerken in der gesamten Branche **Was brauchst du, um die Rolle zu erfüllen**: - Nachgewiesene Customer Success
- oder Account Management-Erfahrung, vorzugsweise im Bereich Software as a Service in der Baubranche.
- Nachweisbare Erfolgsbilanz bei der Verwaltung von Kundenkonten zur erfolgreichen Bindung und zum Wachstum.
- Fähigkeit, Beziehungen auf allen Ebenen zu Interessenten, Kunden und Partnern aufzubauen
- Ausgezeichnete mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikations
- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
- Unternehmerischer Geist mit positiver, flexibler und problemlösender Einstellung
