Job Title: Gold Card Electrical Supervisor
Salary: £41,000 + Van + Paycare
Are you an experienced and certified Gold Card Electrical Supervisor looking for an exciting opportunity in the Coventry area? We are currently seeking a skilled individual to join our team and take on a supervisory role overseeing electrical projects in commercial, education, and healthcare settings. Supervise and coordinate electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs in commercial, education, and healthcare facilities.
* Lead a team of electricians, providing guidance, support, and training as needed to ensure high-quality workmanship and compliance with regulations.
* Schedule and prioritize tasks, allocate resources, and monitor project progress to ensure timely completion within budgetary constraints.
* Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to interpret project requirements, resolve technical issues, and ensure client satisfaction.
* Conduct site inspections and quality assessments to verify compliance with health and safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
* Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and project expenses, ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
* Proven experience in a supervisory role within the electrical industry, preferably in commercial, education, or healthcare sectors.
* Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, regulations, and industry best practices.
* Full UK driving license is required.
* Competitive salary of £41,000 per annum, with opportunities for overtime.
