Overview

As Corporate Support Specialist at Group 1 Automotive you will be welcomed into a friendly team and have the opportunity to work with an exciting brand.
What you will be doing?
To deliver a first class and prompt support and administrative service to the Corporate Hub.
Help develop relationships with purchasers from current Corporate customers.
Aid all LBDM’s, Key Account Managers and Broker Account Managers in carrying out their duties.
Be a key point of contact for all group Corporate customers.
Construct quotes according to the negotiated terms.
Maintain the Corporate customer database.
Manage customer demonstration bookings.
Order and locate vehicles to satisfy sold orders.
Advise the Corporate Hub Manager of any discrepancies or other problems encountered
Ensure that all documentation is dealt with in a timely manner.
Ensure compliance to all Health and Safety and Company Policy.
Initiate and maintain vehicle deal file.
