Vacancy - Team Leader - Forest Products

Are you excited by the opportunity to work with a first class operation within a fast moving environment? We have an opportunity within our Forest Products operations for a Team Leader to help shape our future as we continue to build on our success and offer world class customer service.

Your role

You will be responsible for safely leading a team through engagement and performance management.

You will be leading a team that is responsible for day-to-day operational activity with an emphasis on quality and cost.

You will part of a wider management team, constantly developing new opportunities and continuous improvement with an emphasis on development of technology and people.

You will be responsible for the accurate receipt, safe storage and accurate despatch of goods through our warehouse terminals via Vessels and onto onward transport.

What you'll bring

You will have experience of managing and supporting teams and warehouse operations and stock management.

You will have a track record of first class customer service and continuous positive customer engagement.

You will have the ability to build relationships with our teams, providing leadership and support through safety and first class leadership.
