Our dedicated Investment Management department is currently looking to recruit an IFA Administrator to join the growing team, based in Nottingham. The individual needs to be highly motivated with a desire and passion for a career within Financial Services.
Handling client data using our back-office system (Intelliflo office).
General administration including death claims, data gathering, withdrawals, client review packs.
Managing Advisor’s diaries and dealing with general client administration and queries.
Processing administrative changes to client portfolios so a prior knowledge of platforms and their products is ideal, although further training can be provided. 
May involve some project work.
