As a Town Planner, you will work on a variety of planning projects, supporting senior staff and contributing to the successful delivery of planning applications and appeals. Preparing and submitting planning applications and appeals.
Liaising with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders.
Assisting in the preparation of planning reports and statements.
Keeping up-to-date with planning policies and regulations.
In this role, you will take on more complex projects and play a key role in client management and business development. Managing planning applications, appeals, and related projects.
Providing expert advice to clients on planning matters.
Preparing and presenting planning reports and documents.
Mentoring junior staff and contributing to their professional development.
Associate Director: As an Associate Director, you will lead and oversee large-scale planning projects, manage a team of planners, and contribute to the strategic direction of the company. Leading and managing complex planning projects.
Overseeing the preparation and submission of major planning applications and appeals.
Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Contributing to business development and identifying growth opportunities.
A degree in Town Planning or a related discipline.
Membership of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) or working towards it.
Relevant experience in a planning role, with increasing responsibility for senior roles.
Strong knowledge of planning legislation and policy.
