As our Engineering Resource Planner:
Equipped with advanced tools, you'll delve into the details of skill assessment, geographic availability, and capacity planning to ensure the right people are in the right place at the right time, so we meet our SLAs with precision and efficiency.
you'll be planning workloads for our Engineering Teams - including Field Service Engineers (boots on the groud) and Network Architects, who design, implement and support complex solutions.
Proactive planning:
managing the balance between resource availability and project demand, providing line of sight to our Engineers of future projects and initiatives.
you will react, adapt and respond to fast changing situations as they evolve.
Problem solving : resolving challenges to keep projects on track to achieve maximum resource utilisation and productivity without compromising on delivering and excellent Customer Experience.
Data gathering and reporting : generatingreports that provide meaningful insights on project timelines, resourcing impacts, trends and improvement opportunities.
Experience in the Telcoms / Networking industry with some technical know-how is an added bonus
Proficiency in Microsoft office suite.
