Safer Sphere has an opportunity for a Construction Health and Safety Consultant to join our established team, working on a varied portfolio of exciting Construction projects ranging in value from £20k to £5bn.

As a Construction Health and Safety Consultant, you will have the opportunity to work alongside highly experienced industry professionals, gaining invaluable insights and mentoring.

Your responsibilities will include;

  • Undertake comprehensive Health and safety inspections and audits on construction sites, ensuring compliance with regulations, standards, and best practices.
  • Identify potential hazards and support Clients in developing practical risk management strategies to promote safe working environments.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients and project teams on Construction Health and safety, ensuring compliance with industry requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with clients, contractors, and stakeholders, fostering positive relationships and a collaborative approach to safety.
  • Promote awareness and enhance the safety culture.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, changes in legislation, and emerging best practices, incorporating them into our services and providing innovative solutions.

In the role, you will be commercially minded with enthusiasm, energy and the ability to work under your own initiative, meet our client's expectations, and be proactive in identifying new opportunities.

You should hold a TechIOSH qualification or above, demonstrating a solid foundation of knowledge and expertise in Construction Health and safety with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in Construction Health and safety with a proven track record in delivering services in a similar role.
