Position Overview: We are looking for a highly skilled Electrical Project Manager to oversee and manage a variety of electrical projects throughout the North West region. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a team of dedicated professionals and contribute to the success and growth of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage electrical projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and specifications.

* Coordinate with clients, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise.

* Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress against established milestones and deliverables.

* Procure materials, equipment, and resources necessary for project implementation, ensuring cost-effectiveness and compliance with project requirements.

* Conduct regular site inspections and quality assessments to ensure workmanship meets industry standards and client expectations.

* Manage project documentation, including contracts, drawings, permits, and change orders, and ensure accurate record-keeping throughout the project lifecycle.

* Implement and enforce safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment for all project personnel.

* Provide regular progress reports to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting project status, risks, and opportunities.

* Foster positive relationships with clients and stakeholders, addressing their concerns and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

* Proven experience in electrical project management, preferably within the construction or engineering industry.

* Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations, with the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.

* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage teams and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

* Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar applications.

* Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.

* Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites throughout the North West region.
